How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by following these steps:

• Open the Justice Desk app on your device.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Alternatively, you can send a deletion request to support@vakeelsahib.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your personal information (name, email, user ID) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Your saved searches, case history, and preferences will be removed immediately.
• Any active subscription will be cancelled. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
• You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion is complete.

Data Retained After Deletion

We may retain certain information for legal or regulatory compliance purposes (such as billing records), but this data is not used for any other purpose.
